Unlike many other medical practices, when you call our office there is no recording to navigate…only real people to take your call, with a real concern for your health and well-being. All phone calls are returned promptly, but if you deem your problem “urgent” we will make every effort to speak to you at the time of your call.

After hours or on weekends and holidays, for urgent issues, you can reach your physician by our personal cell phone, email or text message.

Office visits will start promptly, allowing more time to thoroughly address all of your questions and concerns at each visit.

Should you need to be hospitalized at Delray Medical Center, we will admit you to the hospital and in charge of your care while you are in the hospital. For all other hospitals, we will remain involved in your care, continue to advocate on your behalf and communicate regularly with the hospitalist who is providing services.

Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment appointments will be schedule for 60 minutes and all other appointments will be scheduled for approximately 30 minutes.

You will be seen that day or within 24 hours for acute care visits.

As part of our commitment to your long-term health and wellness, our philosophy is to educate you about your personal medical needs and risks. We will work with you to assess your level of fitness, provide weight management guidance, and offer advice on leading a healthy lifestyle. In addition, we will work with you to support your emotional well-being, and recommend an appropriate wellness plan. This will allow you to take an active role in managing and maintaining your good health.

Office visits are best scheduled when the full complement of staff is available. However, should you require an occasional visit outside of our usual office hours, we will certainly do our best to reasonably accommodate you.

You will have peace of mind knowing that your physician will be available to help you navigate the maze of modern medical care…whether it’s during office hours or after. Should you need to be hospitalized, we will serve as your advocate and adviser, and communicate regularly with others who may be involved in your care.

The patient experience begins from the moment you call our office. You will be able to see your physician on the same day or the next business day when you need an appointment. When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted in an inviting environment, and seen promptly, with little to no waiting time. Our visits will be conducted in an unhurried fashion, with an extended 60-minute visit for your Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment, and all other appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. At every visit, there will be ample time to understand and address medical concerns and thoroughly answer your questions. You will be the focus of our attention with your needs attended to as if you were a member of our extended family.
